Are the vending machines really free?
Yes, that is correct. There is no charge for any of the machines or boxes. We simply let you borrow the vending machine or self service box. Please note, you will not own the machine.
What brands are used in the machines?
We only ever fill the machines and boxes with snacks that we know and love ourselves. We stock snacks and drinks such as Pepsi, Tango, 7up, Mars, Snickers, Real McCoys, Quavers, Walkers, Pringles and many more. If there is certain product that your office likes, just let us know and we will make sure we include it the next time we visit.
Can you accept card payments?
Yes, the vending machines can be fitted with a secure card reader for debit/credit card payments. We can also take card payment for the self service boxes, just leave a note with your name and the product purchased or amount owed and we will bring a card machine with us when we refill the box and collect payment then.
How often are the boxes/vending machines refilled?
We like to visit each site on a weekly basis to refill your machine or box. If there is a certain day that works best for you, let us know and we will make sure that we visit you on that day.
